Rental fees (per 24-hour unit) and option fees as shown on each vehicle page. A security deposit (shown on the vehicle page) is charged at the time of reservation and refunded after the return inspection. All displayed prices include tax. |

| Payment method and timing |
Credit card (Stripe). Security deposit: charged at the time of reservation. Rental fee: automatically charged to your registered card 3 days before departure (or promptly after confirmation for reservations confirmed later). |
| Validity of the application | A provisional hold is valid for 30 minutes until the security-deposit payment is completed. If payment is not completed in time, the hold expires automatically. |
| Time of service provision | The vehicle is available from the reserved pickup date and time after the reservation is confirmed. |
| Cancellation and refunds | As set out in the cancellation policy of the Terms of Service (100% refund up to 7 days before departure / 50% up to 3 days before / 0% thereafter). |
| Timing of refunds | Refunds are processed via your credit-card company and may take from several days up to the period prescribed by the card company to appear on your statement. |
